Municipal & public sector

Sidewalks, curbs, parks and grounds for Ontario municipalities and public housing providers. Bonded, insured, and built to your specifications.

How we work

From tender to warranty

Public work runs on drawings, specifications and schedules. We follow them, document them, and keep the public moving safely while we build.

  1. Tender or quotation

We review the drawings, specifications and site, then price the work accurately.

  2. Award and pre-construction

Insurance, WSIB, schedule, traffic control plan and resident notices are in place before we mobilize.

  3. Construction

Work to OPSS and municipal standards, with traffic control set up to OTM Book 7.

  4. Inspection and testing

We work with your inspector and the testing consultant at each stage.

  5. Restoration and close-out

Boulevards restored, site cleaned, and as-built information handed over.

  6. Warranty

We stand behind the work through the warranty period and respond to deficiencies.
